Refund policy

Our return policy is valid for 30 days. If your purchase was made more than 30 days ago, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. The item must also be in its original packaging.

Some items are completely excluded from return. Perishable goods such as food cannot be returned.

Furthermore, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift vouchers

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

In certain situations, only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

  • Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or are missing parts for reasons not attributable to our error.
  • Items that are returned after 30 days from delivery.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Once your refund has been approved, it will be processed. After a few days, your credit card or original payment method will be automatically credited. Upon agreement and if you wish, we will replace your product free of charge instead of issuing a refund. See the “Exchanges” section below.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven't received your refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time for your refund to be credited.

Next, contact your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund is posted to your account.

Special offer items

Refunds can only be given for items at regular price; special offer items are unfortunately excluded from refunds.

Warranty

We offer a 2-year warranty on all our non-food products from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover wear and tear or damage caused by unsuitable or improper use, natural wear and tear, or faulty or negligent handling or storage. The warranty promise is to be understood as meaning that we are liable for defects that occur within the agreed warranty period after delivery and are claimed within this period. Any necessary transport of a warranty part or an entire vehicle to us or to the buyer is always at the expense of the buyer.

Exchanges

Exchanges will only be granted for defective or damaged items. If you would like to exchange an item for the same item, please send us an email at office@dumanutrition.li and return the item to: Duma Nutrition GmbH, Im Sand 30, 9495 Triesen, Liechtenstein.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and sent directly to you, you will receive a voucher for the purchase value when you return the item. Once we have received the returned item, you will receive a voucher by email.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased or sent to the gift recipient, the refund will be made to the gift giver, and the gift giver will be notified of the return.

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Duma Nutrition GmbH, Im Sand 30, 9495 Triesen, Liechtenstein.

You must bear the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs cannot be refunded. If you receive a refund, the shipping costs for the return will be deducted from your refund.

The time it takes for the exchanged item to reach you may vary depending on the country you live in.

If you are shipping an item worth more than CHF 75, you should consider using a shipping service with tracking or taking out shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive the item you return.
